Eggless chatpata mayo is one of the best ways to cheer your guests at a party that you host.
Whenever I have a get-together at my place I like to prepare a wide variety of dishes to cater to everybody’s taste. Usually I plan my menu with several appetizers or snacks along with soup, main course and desserts. I love the combination of having a beverage in one hand and snacks in other while having great conversations with family and friends. I usually concentrate on having amazing tasting snacks / appetizers as most of the evenings are spent filling on them. And one way to have great snacks is to have great sauces or dips. One such sauce or dip is my Eggless Chatpata Mayo.
About Eggless Chatpata Mayo
The eggless chatpata mayo is a super easy recipe which takes less than 5 minutes of your time. All the ingredients are easily available in your kitchen. I usually get different kinds of chips to serve with this dip. This dip is great with non-vegetarian dishes as well as your regular sandwiches, kababs and lots more. You can also make great salads using this dip as a dressing.
The chatpata mayo has slightly sweet and tangy taste with loads of flavors added. For making this recipe I have used milk but if you are a vegan then substitute the regular milk with non-dairy milk. The milk used should be cold. This dip has lots of flavors from black pepper, milk powder, lime juice, mustard dal and few other ingredients added. This recipe makes about 1 1/4 cup of mayo.
This recipe is another fine addition to my collection of amazing dips that includes Moong Dip, Spinach Alfredo Dip and Schezwan Avocado Dip.
